Robert Rosenberg

I provide real estate advice to UK companies and international businesses entering the UK market across several business sectors including, health, finance, leisure and retail. A number of the businesses I act for in the retail sector are household names.

I work quickly because my clients want to complete on the best terms possible in the fastest time. I will speak regularly to you over the phone or via email so that you know where you are in a transaction and what points really matter commercially.

Throughout the recession I also regularly advised clients on store acquisitions in administration and assisted on sales of property, often working to very tight timescales.

I also act on high-end residential transactions and negotiations in areas including Eaton Square, advise on lease work for Central London offices and secured lending for banking clients.

My reputation is built on three fundamentals; my ongoing commitment to clients, securing good terms at speed and my ability to get the job done. Clients value my proactive and responsive approach to their needs and I am happy to come to you, if you believe it to be easier and more convenient.

"....you have been truly awesome.  So kind, so detailed, so patient & calm, so advice-oriented,  such awesome client service..... exactly what I look for in a consigliere!

We are so grateful for your help and should we need any consiglieri in the future: YOU ARE IT!!!

Robert, the seamless transition from Tom to you has been just that...it is refreshing and wonderful.

Great job, and you deserve all the compliments you can get."

“I find Robert to be very commercial in his advice and quick to respond. He gets the job done with the least possible fuss.” --- Steven Cohen, Blue Inc

“We found an office and needed to complete in two and half weeks.  Our agent advised that this would be practically impossible unless we used Robert Rosenberg at Stock Denton and true to his word Robert did not let us down.  Rather than compounding the reputation solicitors have for operating at their own pace, Robert dispelled this reputation by literally being ‘on it’ the whole time and at 100 mph. Not only did we complete on time but he actually made the process enjoyable too, not to mention the jargon busting which I also really valued too.”

Business owners, property investors, overseas clients and high-net-worth individuals seeking to mitigate their Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax liabilities benefit from my 20 years’ experience as a Solicitor and Chartered Tax Adviser.

I am committed to providing the most suitable solutions, enabling clients to minimise their tax exposure whilst ensuring the protection of their assets. To this end I work very hard to understand the client’s objectives and ensure our advice is tailored to their individual needs.

I believe in a proactive approach and will explore possible tax planning opportunities with executors, trustees and beneficiaries through the use of deeds of variation, trusts and by making gifts to charities.

Non-resident clients also benefit from my extensive experience advising on the use of double tax treaties, forced heirship rules and the legislation affecting foreign domiciliaries.  I also hold the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients.

In addition I prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney covering both property and affairs and health and welfare issues and make applications to the Court of Protection for family members to be appointed as a deputy.

Client testimonials

“Pleasant, patient, intelligent, very helpful and quick to understand our needs.”

"I am writing to thank you for the excellent service you have shown me recently. Your work ethic is totally unselfish and it is always very clear that you only have your client's best interest in mind. Your knowledge of your industry is phenomenal which gives me great confidence in your product. I called on your services as i needed a Will. I thought that the one I had was sufficient for my needs but after giving it to you to look at, it was clear that it was totally useless. Your patience with me and my situation was second to none and you did everything to help me achieve the correct will which is very important to me. You explained to me in great detail all of my options and you always put my mind at rest. I would not hesitate to refer you to any of my friends and colleagues"

"Thank you for your conscientious, impartial and sensitive handling of our meeting with you...it was a pleasure to meet you both, for what was an informative and constructive discussion about the steps Michael, Helen and I need to take to ensure Roger's continued wellbeing - It would be a privilege if you were to use my words in a testimonial"

"Thanks for your help with everything over the last couple of weeks - he told me he was very happy with your clear explanations and the advice you were able to provide him and my mother-in-law."
