As a firm, we understand how stressful it can be when dealing with issues involving your employer or as an employer with employees.
My ethos is to build close relationships with my clients to understand their needs and provide practical solutions to their problems, making the process as smooth as possible.
I always strive to get the best outcome for my clients and as well as advice I provide support and guidance throughout the process.
I advise clients on all aspects of private family law including:

Whatever the dispute my overriding priority is to listen to all of the issues in your case and explore the best way of resolving your problems. This could be through negotiation or by an application to the courts.
