Peter was admitted in 1973 and co-founded Stock Fraser & Co (now part of OGR Stock Denton) with Michael Stock in 1994. His main areas of practice are company and commercial law , drafting commercial agreements and employment law.
He has extensive experience in company mergers and acquisitions and led Stock Fraser Denton's team in the acquisition of a Premiership Football Club for a client in 2006.
Peter also has substantial experience in shareholder disputes and the protection of business information and goodwill.
Outside of the law, he is an enthusiastic (if inexpert) skier, rugby supporter and novice golfer.
