Ian has experience in dealing with a wide variety of civil disputes and has developed an expertise in property, landlord and tenant, trust and insolvency litigation.
Ian qualified as a solicitor in 2003 having previously worked on a marine syndicate at Lloyds of London.
Ian is married. He enjoys sailing (proud holder of RYA day skipper certificate) which he hopes to return to once his children are older.

Knott –v- Day [2005] EWHC 484 (Ch) – Undue influence and intention behind beneficial interest in property.
